Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy on all items, excluding earrings for hygiene reasons.
The 14-day period begins from the day you receive your order.
How to Start a Return

We will provide full return instructions and issue your prepaid return label.
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for all eligible returns.
We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.

Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.
EU Customers
For EU customers, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank/card provider to complete processing.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
